Hello world!

I’ve kept a personal fitness blog on SparkPeople since 2007, but after almost a year of reading other healthy living blogs (like Healthy Tipping Point, Kath Eats, (never home)maker and Chasing the Now), I thought it would be fun to start a public blog that focuses more on motivating others and providing information than simply chronicling my health progress.

I’m developing this site live at the moment, so please bear with the occasional glitch and lack of content. We’ll get this baby up and running in no time!
